E-Statements Tired of filing paper statements away? Good News – You have a choice of eliminating the paper and go electronic! Get and view your monthly statement electronically at your convenience. By subscribing you will receive notice via your email that your statements are ready and available through a secure Internet link where you will utilize your personal unique log-in criteria to access them. Statements will be available for a period of five years from the date of creation.

How do you subscribe or sign up? Log on to our website www.dawsonco-opcu.com and click on e-Statements on right hand side under Online Banking. The primary log-in page will offer a "Create New Account" link under our logo. After completing the fields click Submit. This will notify DCCU that you want to sign up for e-Statements. We will verify information and activate you. You will receive an email when your account has been activated. Once you receive the activation notification you will be able to log on.

How do you log on? Log on to our website www.dawsonco-opcu.com and click on e-Statements on right hand side under Online Banking. Enter your Member Number and Password under the Please Login area of the primary log-in page. Click Log In.

How do you select a statement for viewing? Once you have successfully logged in, a list of available statement links will be displayed. Click on the desired link and it will open that statement in a new window. Note: The new window containing the statement is considered a pop-up and may be blocked by pop-up blockers on your computer OR by the internet service provider you use.

How long are statements available? Once created, statements can be accessed by utilizing your personal unique log-in and will be available for five years. Note: Available statements for viewing will not include statements prior to e-Statement sign-up.

What if you forget your password? Click on Forgot your password? link on primary sign-on page. Enter your Member Number and Email Address and click on Email my Password Reminder.

What if you are locked out? If you try unsuccessfully to log-in three times, your MyKeptData.com account will lock and a DCCU administrator will need to unlock it. Call DeLaine at the Dawson office 320-769-2908 or Kathy at the Renville office 320-329-3152.

How can you edit your account information? Click the "Edit My Account" link in the gray bar at t he (remove space in the)top. All fields can be changed except the account number. Changes do not affect your data on the host system. If you would like to change your password, click "Reset Password" link.
