Free Electronic Bill Pay Service
Free, unlimited, premium, on-demand solution to receive, view, manage, and pay all of your bills (electronic or not) from a single website – Ours! Electronic Bill Pay is secure, reliable, and easy to use providing fast, efficient payment delivery. Enhanced features include electronic bills, same day electronic payment (expedited payment), and custom reporting. CD reporting is also available. Fees may apply to Expedited Payments and CD reporting.
Easy Access to e-Statements
Receive and view your monthly statement electronically at your convenience. Subscribed members are notified via email when the statement is available. Statements can be accessed through Online Banking and will be available for a period of five years from date of enrollment.
Download Transactions
Download your transactions into Quicken or Microsoft Excel. **Important Notice for Microsoft Money users** MS Money will no longer work for downloading transactions because Microsoft discontinued the sale of the product in June 2009 and stopped supporting or servicing it the beginning of 2011 and our On-line banking vendor no longer supports it.
Online Banking Security
We are committed to maintaining the security of your accounts and personal information every day. To help ensure that, we have added additional security features to our Online Banking called Multi-factor Authentication, or MFA. These security features have been added to guard against various attacks such as:
- Phishing – Uses spam emails to redirect members to look-alike online banking sites to harvest login details.
- Pharming – Uses false URL’s to redirect members to look-alike sites to gather login details.
- Keylogger – Program/script that monitors members’ keystrokes to gather login details.
- Brute Force Attack – Program/script that sends login requests to the Homebanking web site to gather login detail

From your mobile device, visit the iTunes® or Google® Play store to download the DCCU Mobile app.
There is no hardware to buy or service to subscribe to. Once downloaded you can automatically begin checking your balance and transferring funds.
Eligibility
You will use your login credentials from Online Banking to log into the app.
You must have a current email address on file with DCCU.
You must have a Google Android phone device ver. 5.0 or higher, Google Android tablet device ver. 5.0 or higher, iOS phone device ver. 8.0 or higher, iOS tablet device ver. 8.0 or higher
Remote Deposit
REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE – With the DCCU Mobile Banking App, you no longer have to drive to the branch or ATM to deposit checks. Now, you can make a deposit from your smartphone or computer anytime, anywhere. 24×7 access means you can quickly and easily deposit checks on your schedule.
Deposit Limits
DCCU reserves the right to establish and assign deposit limits for this service (including limits on the dollar amount and/or number of checks that you may transmit through the service each day) and modify these limits from time to time.
The current daily deposit limit is: $5,000 with a maximum of (10) items per day.
The current monthly deposit limit is: $20,000 with a maximum of (50) items per month.
Mobile Deposit Check Endorsement
If you would like to deposit a check via Mobile Remote Deposit Capture, you must endorse the check in the following manner:
DCCU Mobile Deposit Only, Acct # _____ Your Signature
If you do not endorse your check for mobile deposit properly, your deposit will be rejected.
Rejected Deposits
You are responsible for verifying that your deposits made via remote deposit have been received and accepted. If a remote deposit check is rejected, you must physically deposit the check at one of our branches. Securely store the deposited check for 45 days. After the 45 day retention period, mark the check “VOID” and destroy the original.
Deposit Availability & Holds
Approved deposits made before 4:30pm will be posted the same business day. Deposits made after 4:30pm will be posted the following business day. If your approved deposit exceeds $500.00, a two day hold will be placed on the amount exceeding $500.00. $500.00 of the approved deposit will be available immediately.

Step 1
Log in
Log in to Online Banking by clicking the “Online Banking Log In” button at the top right of your screen and select Pay Bills & Others.
Step 2
Add a Payee
- Have a bill in hand to reference your account number and address information
- Click the blue “Add Payee” button in the middle of the top part of the screen to add a new payee and enter your payee information
Step 3
Make a payment
- Once your payee has been added, you can begin making payments immediately
- Enter your payment information to make a payment

E-Statements
Tired of filing paper statements away? Good News – You have a choice of eliminating the paper and going electronic! Get and view your monthly statement electronically at your convenience. By enrolling you will receive notice via your email that your statements are ready and available through your secure Online Banking login. Statements will be available for a period of five years from the date of creation.
